Returns & refunds

If your tee isn’t right, we’ll make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to reach out for a replacement or a full refund.

Because everything is made to order, returned items need to come back unworn, unwashed and in original condition (Mort has standards). If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, that’s on us — we’ll sort a replacement or refund straight away, and you usually won’t need to send anything back.

To start, email info@mostlyaliens.com with your order number and we’ll take it from there. We won’t probe you about it.

Approved refunds land back on your original payment method within a few business days.
